How to Submit a Support Request

When emailing us, please include:

  • A clear description of the issue or question
  • Steps to reproduce the problem (if applicable)

Quick Troubleshooting

  • Can’t log in? Try resetting your password from the login page. If the issue persists, email us.
  • Funnel not loading? Ensure the funnel is published (toggle in Funnels page) and the URL slug is correct.
  • Zoom meetings not creating? Reconnect Zoom from Settings → Integrations. Your token may have expired.
  • Emails not sending? Check that your email sequences are toggled active in the Email tab.
  • Payment failed? Update your payment method in Settings → Billing, or click “Manage Billing” to open the Stripe portal.
