Terms of Service
Last updated: July 10, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of the pages and application process operated by The Product Studio, a trading name of Telescope Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our pages, submitting an application, or booking a call, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our pages. These Terms apply to the website and application experience only. Enrolment in the paid programme is governed by a separate enrolment agreement.
1. Who Can Use Our Pages
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use our pages and apply to the programme. The Product Studio is intended for business owners, operators, and professionals, not for consumers or minors.
2. What The Product Studio Is
The Product Studio is a mentorship programme that helps experienced professionals turn an AI-built product into a real, saleable business, across four phases: Define, Design, Develop, and Distribute. The methodology is delivered through our toolkit, Product OS. Submitting an application is a request to be considered. It is not an offer, and it does not guarantee acceptance, a call, or a place in the programme. We decide who we work with at our discretion.
3. Results Disclaimer
We want to be clear and honest about what our pages do and do not promise. Any figures we mention, including revenue ranges or outcomes such as building an AI product to a given revenue level, are examples of what is possible, not a promise or guarantee of what you will achieve. Your results depend on many factors specific to you and outside our control, including your effort, your existing skills, your product, your market, and your circumstances. Any stories, testimonials, or case studies we share reflect the experiences of specific individuals. They are not typical or guaranteed results, and your experience may differ. Nothing on our pages is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions and should seek professional advice where appropriate.
4. Acceptable Use
When using our pages, you agree not to submit false, misleading, or another person's information, use our pages for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our pages, systems, or data, copy, scrape, or systematically extract content or data from our pages, or interfere with the operation of our pages or the platform we use to run them.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our pages, including the names "The Product Studio" and "Product OS", the Define, Design, Develop, and Distribute framework, our copy, videos, graphics, and materials, is owned by Telescope Ltd or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view this content for the purpose of learning about and applying to the programme. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
Our pages are hosted and delivered using third-party services, and may link to third-party sites such as booking calendars, video hosting, or community platforms. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
7. No Warranty
Our pages are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep them accurate and available, we do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on them is complete or current at all times.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Telescope Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, our pages or any information on them. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under law.
9. Privacy
Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the most recent revision. Your continued use of our pages after any change means you accept the updated Terms.
